    Arnau passionately believes where there’s a will there’s a way — even though countless bone fractures in several gravity-related sports keep trying to prove him wrong. He chased summer around the world for a whole year and realized it really is about the journey, not the destination. Rousseau over Hobbes anytime and anywhere. Monty Python FTW. He’s currently having the time of his life raising two small humans with his lifelong accomplice. He also does business strategy, comms planning and growth.

    Marta is passionate about culture. She reads all sorts of books and loves sitting at the theater when the lights go down. Eating with her family is her favorite weekend moment, she believes them to be the funniest people in the planet. She spends her summers strolling around her hometown moorlands. Sometimes might be a bit too enthusiastic. At night she goes out dancing. At daylight she does brand strategy.

    Ximo loves the mountains but lives in a city. He would spare all his day with his children, but they have to go to school. He would take his partner by the hand and walk for kilometers but she’s now working. He’s into Sci-Fi but new books are always waiting to be read. He loves pizza but has to eat vegetables. He’s passionate about creativity and is an excellent creative. Finally some coherency. It was about time.

    Noemí is a food nerd and loves cooking as much as eating. Her cookbook collection is infinite. While a city girl, she is at home in the woods. Going on treks with her entails chewing on all kinds of (likely) edible stuff and coming home with your pockets full of herbs. In her free time, she loves managing communication projects, and you will make her day if social impact is one of your goals.

    Bernat is passionate about creativity in its broadest sense. He seeks for in the news on artificial intelligence, in the latest discoveries about neuroscience, in absurd conversations with his children, in TikTok life-hacks or at a horror film festival. He believes creativity has escaped from its prison and is free at last. Creativity is everywhere and so is Bernat.

    Lara is a summer person, loves the sea and to have people over a nice table and talk forever. She is in love with her family. She also enjoys travelling and getting to know other cultures, art, restaurants and shopping literaly whatever, -always makes sure to visit a supermarket!-. Fan of fashion and decor, she stands by "beauty is everywhere". That's why she thinks great branding is powerful. She's a doer and works making strategies into great adverstising.

    Berta likes too many things. She is passionate about electronic music, cinema, and ornithology. She plays paddle tennis with strangers, always has a trip in mind, and makes more plans than can fit in a day. She is fascinated by technology but only reads on paper. She checks daily for giant waves in Nazaré (just to see them) and keeps trying with the guitar and hip-hop, with no results. She loves the consistency of traditional brands, but also the earthquake of startups. Her new obsession: surfskating. The everlasting one: creativity.

    Those who know Janira know that her digital footprint is larger than General Sherman, that she gave a TEDx Talk about curiosity when TED Talks were still a thing, that the stickers on her laptop are the tattoos she doesn't dare to get, that she's suscribed to more newsletters than she can read, that she loves calendar invites, and that her cat was the one who - after years of posting on the internet - finally made her TikTok famous. She says that within her, there are two wolves: one that consumes CleanTok content ironically and another that does it completely seriously.

    Aida collects vinyls, movies, books and references the way others collect fridge magnets. In fact, she collects fridge magnets too. People say her superpower is aesthetics, but anyone who’s tried her marmitako would disagree. She loves putting together clothes that shouldn’t go together and her favorite game is guessing which sampler hides inside a song. She finds pleasure in looking closely, in noticing the small details that make someone or something unforgettable. She loves cooking barefoot with any Air or The Avalanches record turned up loud. She believes no concert is ever too long and that psychedelia should be considered a vitamin. By day she does branding and marketing, and she talks about it the same way she talks about everything else she enjoys.

    Edu grew up between creativity and chaos, like all brands. He’s right-handed and left-footed, which makes him half dyslexic. He can’t help staring at people’s feet and can’t resist a red prawn. He did university tourism until he saw A Clockwork Orange and decided to become a Kubrick fan—at least until he figured out what inspiration had to do with ultraviolence. He adores Creedence and Lana del Rey, as well as many other tired-sounding women singers. He declares himself a fan of Napoleon and Churchill and insists that the greatest artist he’s ever met is Araki Nobuyoshi.

    Adrià spent many years writing music reviews in under 400 characters for a cultural magazine in Barcelona that no longer exists. He realized that 400 characters only leave room for the reader to remember one thing. He began applying this to life and work, saying few things and making sure they were clear. That’s how he ended up admiring brands, waiters, pilots, and TikTokers who say very little yet make it unmistakably clear.

    Berta loves order and has a knack for optimizing everything, from closets to work processes.
    She enjoys planning trips down to the smallest detail, especially finding hotels and restaurants with soul. She’s passionate about antique shops, design stores, and décor boutiques where she can uncover unique pieces.
    She thrives on the energy and rhythm of the city, but whenever she can, she escapes to her homeland, L’Empordà, to slow down and be with her loved ones.
    She’s someone who notices and cherishes the little things, finding beauty in simple moments like reading a good book under a linden tree or enjoying an aperitif with friends by the sea.

    BUSINESS STRATEGY

    Marc is passionate about sports and music. He tried to be like Casillas in futsal, but an injury changed his plans (we've already joked about this within the team). Now, he channels his passion by watching random English league matches or the queen stage of the Tour with a finish in Hautacam. He balances this more physical side by trying to meet up with friends at least once a week to play live music. In fact, he has some songs on Spotify, though they are hidden under an artistic name he doesn't want to remember now. Honestly, we're really looking forward to hearing him at the Christmas dinner.

    Coral defies any algorithm: her curiosity is infinite. She likes many things, but she has a special connection with photography.
    It's easy to understand Coral. She has lived in countries with very different cultures and languages, and she knows that the best language, and the most fun, is the one that emerges when people who don't speak the same language really want to communicate. She doesn't need an excuse to organize a get-together, bringing together friends, friends of friends, and even strangers around the same table.
    She applies all of this to her way of working, combining curiosity and creativity like yin and yang. For her, one without the other is incomplete.

    Martina grew up with two great idols: Garfield and Jamie Oliver. At 12, she cooked her first beef Wellington, and for a while it seemed she was destined for the kitchen. Everything changed when she discovered her father’s old cameras. Outside of photography, she’s passionate about surfing, chess, art and cinema, and she unwinds by making ceramics. She has a curious fascination with walls, bins, billboards, and posters. She collects street stickers and fills her notebooks with them, layering and scribbling until no white space remains.

    Elena is endlessly curious, creative, and passionate about everything. She loves design, photography, cooking, walking, music, chairs, cinema, museums, sewing, painting, getting lost in the mountains, or relaxing by the sea… everything, everything! But if there’s one thing she’s truly obsessed with, it’s persimmons. She’s a big fan.
    Still, her favorite plan is staying in her studio, creating and designing, always with good music playing. She also has a quirky habit: collecting brochures and odd little papers she finds on the street.

    Mar is the eldest of three sisters, which made her an influencer long before the term existed. Today, she prefers to be behind the camera, helping brands shine. She is a sun lover and the iPhone's x3 zoom, she finds the “aesthetic” side of everything. What she says the most? “I can't, I have volleyball.” So, you'll always find her at the beach, any pretty spot or a sports court.
